Visibility

Be easy for AI search to understand.

More people ask an AI assistant "who should I call for…" than a year ago. Those answers draw on the same public information as search does. We make sure yours is accurate, specific, and accessible.

Part of the same foundation as search

Generative engine optimization, or GEO, is the practice of making a business easy for AI systems to find, understand, and cite. It's often sold as something new and mysterious. It mostly isn't: AI answers are built from crawled web pages, business listings, and reviews, the same sources search engines use.

So the work is familiar. Clear, factual pages that answer the questions people ask. Consistent business details across your site and listings. A site that crawlers can actually read, with reasonable access for AI crawlers and no accidental blocking. Specific, verifiable statements instead of slogans.

Google says plainly that no special files or markup are required to appear in its AI features. We provide an llms.txt guide anyway, because it costs nothing, but we don't sell it as a ranking lever.

What's included

What AI visibility work covers

Business identity review

Name, services, area, contact details, and descriptions checked for consistency across your website, Google Business Profile, and other listings you control.

Answer-ready content

Pages that state what you do, for whom, where, how the process works, and what it costs to find out, in plain language an AI system can quote accurately.

Crawler access review

robots.txt, sitemap, structured data, and an llms.txt guide, with confirmation that public pages are readable and private ones stay private.

Specifics over slogans

Replace "best in class" with verifiable facts: years in business, services offered, areas covered, credentials you hold.

Repeatable visibility check

A short, documented routine for asking common questions in major AI assistants, recording whether you appear, and inspecting what sources they cite.

Honest reporting

We tell you what we observed and what we're inferring. AI systems don't publish rankings, so a lot of this is watching and adjusting.

Before we start

What we'll ask you for

  • Every place your business is listed online, including ones you've forgotten
  • Your exact services and the questions customers ask most often
  • Any credentials, memberships, or history you'd like stated (we'll verify wording with you)

Questions

Straight answers

How is GEO different from SEO?

SEO targets ranked lists of links. GEO targets being included and cited in generated answers. The inputs overlap heavily, which is why we treat GEO as an extension of a solid SEO foundation, not a replacement.

Can you guarantee an AI assistant mentions my business?

No. AI systems choose sources and answers on their own, and they change often. We can make your information accurate and accessible, then check regularly.

Do I need special markup or an llms.txt file?

Google states that no special files are required for its AI features. Standard structured data helps clarity, and we include an llms.txt as a courtesy guide, but neither is a ranking mechanism.

Should I block AI crawlers?

That's your call. Blocking them can reduce the chance of appearing in AI answers. We'll show you the trade-off and set robots.txt however you decide, while keeping private pages closed either way.

Find out how AI describes your business today.

Send your business name and website. We'll run a few common questions through major assistants and tell you what came back.

Essential

One first-party cookie (vt_consent), kept for 180 days. Always on because the site can't remember your answer without it.

Optional

Counts page views and clicks on the phone button so we can see which pages lead to conversations. Nothing loads or is sent until you turn this on.
