Follow-up

Add demand when you're ready for it.

A campaign only pays off if the offer is clear, the page matches the ad, and someone follows up. We build campaigns in that order, sized to the work you can actually take on.

Plan the offer before the ad

The most common campaign mistake is buying attention before the rest is ready: an ad pointing to a homepage, a phone that goes to voicemail, no way to tell which inquiries came from the spend.

We start with what you want more of and how much of it you can handle. Then we write the offer, build a page that matches it, make sure follow-up is in place, and only then run the campaign. Reporting counts qualified inquiries, appointments, estimates, and won work, not impressions.

Campaigns can run on search ads, social, email to past customers, referral requests, or a mix. We'll recommend the channels that fit your customers and your time, and skip the ones that don't.

What's included

What a campaign includes

Offer and capacity planning

Which service, which area, what the customer is asked to do, and how many inquiries you can realistically handle. Written down and agreed before anything runs.

A landing page that matches

One page built for the campaign: the same promise as the ad, the process explained, proof shown, and a clear way to call, text, or book.

Channel selection

Search ads, social, email, direct mail, or referral asks, chosen for your customers and your time. Media spend is separate from our fee and stays in your account.

Customer and referral follow-up

Outreach to past customers with seasonal reminders or a referral request, written in your voice, without invented urgency.

Tracking that separates real from noise

Inquiries, phone clicks, calls, appointments, estimates, and won work tracked separately, so you know what the campaign produced.

Reporting you can read

A short monthly summary: what ran, what it cost, what came in, what we'd change. Wins and misses both.

In practice

A focused campaign, in practice

A business wants more of one specific service in the area it already covers. We write a one-line offer, build a landing page around that service, and run a small search campaign to it.

Every inquiry from the page is tagged. Calls are counted separately from clicks on the phone button. The owner marks each one as qualified, booked, or won in a simple dashboard.

After a month, we look at cost per qualified inquiry, not cost per click, and decide together whether to scale, adjust the offer, or stop.

Before we start

What we'll ask you for

  • The service you want more of and the area it applies to
  • Your capacity: how many more jobs per week you could actually take
  • A rough monthly media budget you'd be comfortable testing with
  • Past customer list, if you'd like to include email or referral outreach

Questions

Straight answers

Do I need to be on every social platform?

No. Pick the one or two where your customers actually are and you can keep up. An abandoned account does more harm than no account.

Is ad spend included in your fee?

No. Media spend is paid by you, in your own ad accounts, and is separate from our fee and any platform subscriptions. You always know what went where.

Can this work with my existing website?

Usually. A campaign needs one page that matches the offer. If your site can host that page, we build it there. If not, we'll say so.

What if it doesn't work?

Then we'll show you the numbers and stop. Campaigns are month to month, and the first month is a test, not a commitment.

Plan a campaign that fits your capacity.

Tell us which service you'd like more of and how much more you could handle. We'll come back with a plan and a cost.

Essential

One first-party cookie (vt_consent), kept for 180 days. Always on because the site can't remember your answer without it.

Optional

Counts page views and clicks on the phone button so we can see which pages lead to conversations. Nothing loads or is sent until you turn this on.
