vantoak.com is operated by Vantoak, a marketing services business run by Xander Harris in Fayette County, Georgia. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

The site's content is provided for general information about our services. It is not legal, financial, or professional advice. We try to keep it accurate, but we make no warranty that it is complete or current.

Don't use the site to send spam, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation. Automated submissions to the contact form are blocked and logged.

No guarantees

Nothing on this site guarantees a search ranking, a number of reviews, a number of leads, or any revenue outcome. Search engines, AI systems, and customers make their own decisions. Any example on this site describes how a service works, not a result achieved for a specific client.

Working with Vantoak

Services are provided under a written scope agreed before work begins. That scope sets the deliverables, timeline, price, and payment terms, and it controls if anything here conflicts with it. In general:

• Scope and pricing. Setup work is priced as a one-time fee. Ongoing work is month to month unless the scope says otherwise, and either side can end it with written notice as set out in the scope.
• Media spend and third-party costs. Advertising spend, software subscriptions, domains, and hosting are separate from our fees, are paid by you, and stay in accounts you own.
• Ownership. You own your domain, hosting, ad accounts, business listings, and the content and files we produce for you once they're paid for. We may reuse general techniques and non-client-specific code.
• Your responsibilities. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us about your business, for having the rights to any photos, logos, and content you provide, and for complying with laws that apply to your business and its marketing.
• Our responsibilities. We'll do the work described in the scope with reasonable skill and care, keep you informed, and tell you honestly when something isn't working or isn't worth paying for.
• Reviews and listings. We won't write fake reviews, filter out negative ones, or misrepresent your business on any platform, and we won't do so at your request.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vantoak's total liability for any claim relating to this site or to services provided is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific services giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business, or for the actions of third-party platforms such as search engines, advertising networks, or hosting providers.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that can't be resolved by talking it through will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Fayette County, Georgia.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. Changes don't alter the terms of an existing written scope.
